Submarine art narrative: There was a Polaris submarine name USS George Washington Carver and a WWII troop transport named USS Booker T. Washington. But no submarine has ever been named for an African American. The USS African American is a catacomb of dead slaves. Two white holes in hull represent the compromise in the vessel through which the infusion of water has led to mass drowning. The submarine has sunk and is at the bottom of the ocean.
