Two Jockey boys are engaged.  Latino Jockey boy is new American citizen.  Not yet political. Just wants to savor his new life for a while. Black Jockey who fought pol tax, lynching, and the Civil Rights Movement to secure his right to vote, approaches the Latino with flag and civics lesson of power at the ballot box: “Hey lets vote”.
